I was here for 7 days and will be back. I was happy with hotel's particularly good and amazing location by tropical garden. The staff were very helpful and the facilities provided were great.

Convenient location near the esplanade, good for morning runs. Well-equipped 1st floor apartment with washer/dryer. Staff resolved issue promptly. Economical option for families, close to cafes and playground. Covered parking.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Best tours are explained and booked and all expectations were met. Truley excellent service. Facilities for a family are superb with plenty of room, pool, bbq and lovely walks on the esplanade just in front of the appartments. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra 5 nights rather than go anywhere else! They even helped in accommodation and advice following on from our visit to Cairns. Nothing was too much trouble.

The extremely helpful and friendly managers who helped arrange days out to the reef/Kuranda/recommended eating places/places to take kids etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't fault them!
Air con unit next to main bedroom a little noisy but not significant enough to be a problem. Bathroom very clean but evidence of water leaks a bit unsightly.Quite a trek to town if you have young children.

The location is ideal, only minutes to the Esplanade and Lagoon. Quick drive to all the shopping precincts.
For what it is I found it expensive. Also we booked for 8 nights but were only supplied with consumables (washing powder, tea coffee etc) for 2 days. At these prices i think they could provide enough for the length of stay.

We chose this motel because it is situated out of the c.b.d. We wanted a quiet location and this met our needs! Andrew the Manager could not do enough for us His help and assistance in booking trips and tours was excellent! The apartment was clean and tidy with good cooking facilities.
Would of like to of seen a bicycle rack in a secure location to lock up bicycles as we commuted to and from the C.B.D daily.

Great view and it was comfortable and a great feel of home thank you the price was great for the location the family had a wonderful time in a very safe accomadation
The floors did not feel clean when you took our shoes off. Other then that it was great.
